Bjørn-Erik Dale
Bjørn-Erik Dale is a strategy advisor, investor, board professional, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in strategy consulting, corporate finance, private equity, and technology-driven growth companies. He is recognized for helping companies scale internationally, execute M&A/JVs, fund-raise, optimize capital structures, and develop long-term business strategies.
Previously, Dale served as Managing Partner of Arkwright Norway. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
Roger Trinterud
Roger Trinterud is an experienced maritime professional with more than 30 years of experience across the maritime industry. His background spans sales, business development, technology, and strategic leadership, with a particular focus on innovation, and the commercialization of new technologies.
Roger holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics from the University of South-Eastern Norway and a Master's degree in Management from BI Norwegian Business School. Roger combines technical insight with extensive commercial experience and a strong commitment to creating long-term value and sustainable growth.
Kristian Lindgård Knudtzon
Kristian Lindgård Knudtzon is an experienced technology and business leader with a strong track record of scaling complex, technology-driven organizations. He holds an M.Sc. in Engineering Cybernetics from NTNU and an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School (CBS). He has led the development and commercialization of high-growth initiatives that have grown to more than USD 100 million in annual recurring revenue, combining technical insight with strategic, operational, and commercial leadership.
