We are a deliberately structured team based in Trondheim. Everyone who works here touches the product directly. There are no hand-off chains between product, engineering and testing.
We use AI-assisted workflows across documentation, testing and firmware verification. Not as a replacement for engineering judgment, but to free engineers to focus on problems that require expertise.
Trondheim places us at the heart of Norway's maritime technology environment, close to NTNU's research community and the industry built around it. We prefer depth of knowledge over breadth of headcount.
