This website is a minimal informational site. We do not require user accounts, and we do not use analytics or tracking services.

3. Cookies
This site does not set non-essential first-party analytics or advertising cookies. Our embedded newsletter provider may set cookies or similar technologies required to render and secure the subscription form. See our Cookie Policy for details.
4. Third parties
We use MailerLite as our newsletter processor. When you subscribe, your data is processed by MailerLite (UAB MailerLite) on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
We also include outbound links to LinkedIn. If you follow those links, processing is governed by LinkedIn's own privacy policy.

5. International transfers
As a processor, MailerLite may process data in the EEA and, where applicable, outside the EEA. Where transfers outside the EEA occur, they are based on valid transfer mechanisms under GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
Subscription e-mails are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Technical newsletter records are retained as needed for list operation, documentation of consent, and compliance obligations. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

Under the GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Rectify or erase your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time
